Natural colours inspired by fruit colors, designed for use with fondant, royal icing, cream, sponge cake, and cakes. They can also be used in beverages, jellies, jams, ice cream, and many other water-based products.
Main methods of usage
Before colouring, add the colour into a small amount of mass, mix thoroughly so that there are no colour particles – you can use a mixer or a silicone spatula. Then put into the rest of the mixture. Keep in a dry and shaded place, as they are sensitive to light and moisture.
Maximum dosage
03. edible ice cream – 3.9g/kg, 04.2.5.2 jams, jellies and marmalades (except chestnut puree) – 2.6g/kg, 05.2 other confectionery products (except candied fruit and vegetables) – 7.0g/kg, 05.4 decorations, coatings (except fillings) – 13g/kg.

Technical advices
Remember to add the colour into a small amount of the mass before adding it to the rest of the mass.
