Main methods of usage
Power Gel colours are recommended for use in whipped cream, royal icing, macarons, and more. Store in a dry, cool and shaded place.

Electric Spark: 05.2. 3,3g/kg; 05.4. 5,5g/kg.
Bursting Fire: 05.2. 3,5g/kg; 05.4. 5,8g/kg.
Clearly Pink: 05.2. 1,5g/kg; 05.4. 1,5g/kg.
Shallow Creek: 05.2. 6,0g/kg; 05.4. 10,0g/kg.
Beige Chamois: quantum satis.
Starless Night: 05.2. 0,7g/kg; 05.4. 0,7g/kg.

Technical advices
Remember to shake well before each use to mix the colour. The product blends easily into various mixtures, but due to its strong colouring power, be sure to dose it carefully, drop by drop, mixing thoroughly each time. You can also perform a color test with a smaller amount of the mixture.
