They are perfect for homemade baked goods and desserts, including sponge cakes, light creams, jellies, and drinks. Natural colours should be stored in a cool, dry, and dark place, as they are sensitive to light and moisture.

Coffee, gooseberry, lemon, sunflower, cornflower – quantum satis; marigold: 05.2. 50.0g/kg; 05.4. 63.0g/kg; rose: 05.2. 6.0g/kg; 05.4. 10.0g/kg; strawberry: 05.2. 7.9g/kg; 05.4. 13.2g/kg.
