A cocoa fat-based colour for colouring chocolate, chocolates, pralines, fatty masses and creams.
Main methods of usage
COCOA BUTTER colours are intended for working directly with cocoa butter. Once dissolved, they can be applied with an airbrush and used as a paint for painting pralines and molds. COCOA BUTTER food colours dissolve perfectly in fats, and are therefore ideal for coloring chocolate, chocolate pastes and other fat-based masses.

Cocoa fat, emulsifier: soy lecithin E322, color: Allura Red E129; antioxidant: rosemary extract E392.
Technical advices
Heat the product in a water bath or over steam and mix thoroughly before each use. You will achieve the best results by heating the product to 30-33 ®C.
