Tulle allows you to create simple and striking decorations for cakes, pastries, gingerbread, single servings, and more.

Main methods of usage

Add 6–10 g of the colour of your choice to 100 ml of cold water. Blend for about 3 minutes. Spread the prepared mixture onto a cold pan or silicone mat. Distribute evenly.

pan: bake until completely dry and the tulle starts to peel away from the surface of the pan.

oven: dry at 120°C with fan for 20 minutes until the tulle starts to peel away from the mat. To achieve tulle in any desired colour, add the appropriate colouring.

Emulsifier, hypromellose E464, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids E471; potato starch, antioxidant: rosemary extract E392, maltodextrin, flavouring, acidity regulator: citric acid E330.

Technical advices

Store in a dry, shaded place and protect from moisture.
