Power Gel food colours are recommended for use in whipped creams, royal icing, macarons, and other desserts. Store in a dry, cool and shaded place.

Technical advices
Remember to shake before each use to mix the colour. The product is easily incorporated into different masses, but due to the intensity of the colouring power, carefully dose the product drop by drop, mixing thoroughly each time. You can also do a colour test in a smaller amount of mass.
